Q:What type of work do you do?
A: At McCarter Enterprises we perform all tasks that are associated with Web
Design, Hosting, Registration, and Maintenance. We also do Project Management.
Q: What type of equipment do you use?
A; We use state of art Canon XL2 camera, wireless microphones, filters,
lights as needed.
Q: Do you travel for events?
A: Yes, I will travel. If you are within 40 miles of Huntersville, there
is no charge. If overnight accommodations are needed, then a hotel fee
with apply along with a standard US Tax per diem based upon the city you are in.
All other travel is charged at cost.
Q: Can I modify a package?
A: Yes, we can work with you to create the custom package to fit your desires
and budget
Q: Do I need to reserve a date?
A: Yes, you will want to reserve a date. This is accomplished with a $200
deposit which is applied to the cost of your package.
Q: Do we need to meet to plan the event?
A: I would suggest that we meet and also know any restrictions that might be in
place for the location of your event. By meeting ahead of time, I will
have a better feeling for what you wish to record.
Q; Do you require a contract to record the event?
A: Yes, due to the time and equipment required, a contract is necessary so that
both parties know what is expected.
Q: Can you provide a format to post online for friends to view
A: Yes a flash version of your DVD can be provided to show highlights online.
